Project Introduction

Panzhihua Jiuxing Vanadium and Titanium Co., Ltd. uses the DZS50-1.25-Q boiler independently designed and developed by Boruit, which is a new angle tube gas steam boiler. The boiler has a rated evaporation capacity of 50T/H, a rated working pressure of 1.25PMa, and adopts low-nitrogen combustion technology with NOx ≤ 30 mg/Nm3. The thermal efficiency is as high as 99%, and the exhaust gas temperature is less than or equal to 65°C.

Product Advantages

This boiler offers several advantages. First of all, it adopts a corner tube self-supporting structure, which is high in strength, stable, safe and reliable. Secondly, it uses a single drum, which is externally protected from heat and does not have a large number of intensive expansion (welding) pipe holes, so the quality is more guaranteed. In addition, enough space for inspection and maintenance is reserved between dense heating surfaces. The furnace and furnace chamber can be easily entered and exited, making inspection and maintenance more convenient.
