Project Introduction

In a key project of Yunnan Provincial Energy Investment Group, we designed and developed 3 DHS60T-2.5/350-Q self-supporting structural corner tube boilers for the Qujing 40 tons annual silicone project. This project not only reflects our deep investment in efficient, environmentally friendly energy solutions, but also demonstrates our technical strength and deep understanding of customer needs.

Product Advantages

The advantage of DHS60T-2.5/350-Q corner tube boiler lies in its high efficiency, low consumption and modularity. First of all, this boiler has a rated evaporation capacity of up to 60T/H and a rated working pressure of 2.5PMa, which ensures that it can operate stably under high loads and meet the high energy demand of silicone projects. Secondly, its thermal efficiency is as high as 99%, which greatly reduces energy waste and conforms to the concept of energy conservation and environmental protection. Thirdly, its NOx emission is less than 30mg/Nm3, which is far lower than the national standard, effectively reducing the impact on the environment. Finally, its modular design makes it easier to ship, transport and install the boiler, greatly shortening the project cycle.
