The SZS low-nitrogen condensing gas boiler is a double-drum longitudinal "D" type quick-installed water tube boiler. It consists of an upper and lower drum, a membrane water-cooled wall, a convection tube bundle and a flue gas condensation recovery device. After the fuel is burned in the furnace, the flue gas is discharged into the chimney through the convection tube bundle and the flue gas condensation recovery device.
The water circulation adopts a combination of forced circulation and natural circulation; the devices in the pot are reasonably arranged, and the forced circulation ensures that the medium in a single circulation loop flows in the tube without causing boiling of steam and water, and the water speed is reasonable, safe and reliable.
The diaphragm wall around the Brit SZS low-nitrogen condensing gas boiler naturally forms a large D-type furnace. The furnace volume heat load and cross-sectional heat load are moderate, which is more conducive to low nitrogen emissions, and nitrogen oxides are less than 30mg/Nm°.
The smoke velocity in the convection area is designed to be moderate. Two adjacent tubes in the convection tube bundle area are connected with stainless steel flat steel to increase the rigidity of the tubes and prevent vibration when the flue gas is flushed. There are automatic hydrophobic devices at the bottom of the furnace and convection area to prevent acidic water corrosion. The multifunctional explosion-proof door is safe to use and easy to maintain.
